SHIPPING PROCESS

All the orders ship within 3 - 5 Business Days. We provide three (3) different shipping options to our consumers.

1. Free Economic Shipping (8 - 16 Business Days)
2. In-home Delivey (8 - 16 Business Days)*

1. FREE ECONOMIC SHIPPING
Free Economic Shipping can vary by product's size (dimensions) and weight (lbs). Some of the products will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Some of the items that requires to be shipped via LTL carrier (Freight Carriers). All the LTL shipments will be curbside delivery and the customers are responsible to take their items inside of the home.

2. IN-HOME DELIVERY
In-home Shipping can be offered only on the some of the furniture pieces. The best way to understand if your item is eligible for In-home Shipping Service, to see at the checkout. If the In-home Shipping Service appears as (0) zero dollars, it means In-home Shipping Service is not applicable for that item. If your order contains one item that can be shipped with In-home Shipping Service and the other item is not, yours will be shipped with separate shipping services, if you choose In-home Shipping Service at checkout. All the items that are not eligible to In-home Shipping Service will be shipped via Free Economic Shipping.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Myers Goods , our focus is to offer high quality furniture and well known name brands to our customers at discounted prices. Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Myers Goods  guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good condition. Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.
